Refund Policy

General Policy

All purchases made through BSFM are final and non-refundable. This includes all tiers: SUSTENANCE_PROTOCOL, NUTRITION_PATCH, SHELTER_LICENSE, and STABILITY_DLC.

By completing a transaction, you acknowledge and agree that you have made a deliberate choice to support this project and that no refunds will be issued under normal circumstances.

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. These exceptions include, but are not limited to:

• Accidental duplicate charges
• Payment processing errors that result in unauthorized transactions
• Technical failures on our platform

Any refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction and will be reviewed on an individual basis. The final decision regarding refund eligibility rests solely with BSFM.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your transaction qualifies for an exception, please contact us with the following information:

• Your transaction ID (provided in your Paddle receipt)
• The date of the transaction
• A detailed explanation of why you believe a refund applies

Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle within 5-10 business days. Your financial institution may require an additional 1-3 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Coming Soon Products

Products marked as "COMING_SOON" are not available for purchase. If you accidentally purchase a coming soon product, please contact us immediately, and we will process a full refund.
