Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BSFM (https://bsfm.maxiruti.com/), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on BSFM for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Nature of the Experience

BSFM offers a conceptual and artistic experience. The products and tiers offered are absurdist in nature. When you purchase a tier, you are supporting the creator and participating in an art project. This is not a traditional commercial transaction or service agreement.

The "experiences" offered (SUSTENANCE_PROTOCOL, NUTRITION_PATCH, SHELTER_LICENSE, STABILITY_DLC) are conceptual and may not provide tangible goods or services in the conventional sense.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on BSFM are provided on an 'as is' basis. BSFM makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall BSFM or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BSFM, even if BSFM or a representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on BSFM could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. BSFM does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. BSFM may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
